Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Customized cricket bats or gear with engraving, stickers, or personalization.
  • Used protective equipment (gloves, helmets, guards) for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or a short video to verify the issue. Upon confirmation, we’ll arrange a pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@skorpionstore.com or WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer care executive will review and approve eligible requests.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through self-shipping (in select areas).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refund may take additional 2–3 days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (size, weight of bat, or incorrect variant), please mention it clearly while initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
